In this context, we are looking for a qualified and entrepreneurial leader (m/f/d) for our dynamically growing and strategically relevant market in Germany as Chief Executive Officer.


In this demanding CEO position, together with your leadership team (finance, HR, M&A) and our decentralized business leaders, you will drive forward the strategic orientation and market profiling of our German business (current sales around EUR 100 million, > 10 locations). By establishing new medical applications and market access - supported by targeted company acquisitions and their precise integration in line with our buy-and-build strategy - you create the foundation for sustainable and profitable growth. Besides this, the P+L-effective optimization and streamlining of the existing footprint is key for a lasting implementation of our strategy. As a methodical and authentic leader, you provide essential impulses for the further development of our corporate culture, develop a performance-oriented and harmoniously collaborative team with common goal understanding and a winning mentality. You will report directly to the Group CEO.


The search is for an entrepreneurially minded individual, who combines the functional skills of a CEO with the holistic creative drive and operational proximity of a general manager. Beside all strategic elements of the position, the focus is on performance management and operational execution, with direct contact to the decentralized units, operationalized target values ​​and continuous "follow-up". A mind-set is expected that enjoys pace and constantly changing challenges, the relentless pursuit of improvement and a strong “can-do” mentality, therefore attention to detail is crucial. Direct market experience in the healthcare/medical service sector is desired, ideally from an M&A-driven medical services environment. Private equity experience is a plus, but can be compensated by appropriate personality traits (“entrepreneurial personality”) and a proven track record in sustainable value creation of business models. Fluent German and English language skills are required.
